Rajasthani Red Paprika, Ground
We found an extremely delicious Red Paprika in the colorful state of Rajasthan in India. (About the only thing more colorful than the paprika are the colors of the local saris.)
Paprika is made from air-dried fruits of the chili pepper family of the species Capsicum annuum. Our ground Rajasthani Red Paprika is complex, smoky (but not smoked), earthy and packs a bit of heat.
And believe it or not, you can use paprika on a lot more than potato salad. Add ours to your favorite pasta sauce. Use it liberally on chicken, lamb and seafood. It can also be used in chili, soups and stews.
You can even sprinkle our Red Paprika on potatoes, homemade fries and pizza. Our colorful variety adds depth and heat to a wide variety of dishes.
One other thing I want you to know. This Red Paprika and all of our spices are unbelievably fresh because we buy right from the farms in India in small batches. Nothing ever sits. It will be obvious what I'm talking about the second you open the package.
