Returns and Exchanges


Unfortunately, we can’t take back spices/food items due to safety concerns. If you’re unhappy with something, please get in touch and let us know. We sell the freshest, premium spices around, so please let us know if there’s an issue.


We accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 45 days of purchase. If you plan on returning an item, you will be responsible for packing it up safely and securely and shipping it back to us. We ask that you get in touch with us prior to returning your item(s) so that we can track your incoming item. (We aren’t here to give you a hard time. These are guidelines.)

Upon receiving your item(s) in good condition, we will refund the cost of the item(s) back to your original form of payment.
