Delivery Options and What to expect

If you select(ed) this method, your order will most likely go out with the United States Postal Service. Our general guidance is that it will take about 3 - 10 days once your order ships. The carriers are all taking longer to deliver packages due to the pandemic and huge volumes of holiday shipping.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes tracking so you can follow your package’s progress and know its expected delivery date.

While we are used to seeing quick scans by carriers showing rapid movement of packages, this time of year processing takes longer. It’s not unusual for a package to sit at one facility for several days before it can be sorted and forwarded to the next location.

However, there are times when packages may truly get stuck. While we are watching all packages closely, feel free to contact us if you are concerned about your package. We’ll do our best to help.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you do not have your package, there could be a few different reasons.

o  For USPS, many times delivery is scanned when totes or trucks are loaded the day before. While this is not ideal, this is not uncommon. Most likely your package will deliver the next delivery day or two.

o  Is it possible someone else in your household brought in the package without you realizing it? We see this happen from time to time.

o  For security reasons, delivery drivers occasionally put boxes where they cannot easily be seen from the street. Sometimes they do such a good job they get missed by the recipient too. Please check around your porch, sides of the house, behind a hedge, behind the garage, or other places a carrier may have put the package.

o  You should also check with your neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake. That also happens from time to time.

If you are still missing your package, please contactus to start an investigation. Most of the time, packages are recovered by the carrier and delivered within a few days.
