When will my order ship?

It takes 1-2 business days after receiving your order for us to ship.

(FYI, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days. We need to catch some z’s, too!)

We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

We pack and ship orders in the order in which they are received. However, orders placed with expedited shipping (FedEx 2Day and FedEx Overnight) will ship first each day.

Delivery Options and What to expect

Orders with Standard Delivery are primarily shipped via the USPS. Transit times are currently between 3-8 days.

With short staffing and higher volumes, there could be unexpected delays with all carriers.

We will send tracking info as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

If you select(ed) this method, your order will go out with UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Our general guidance is that it will take about 3 - 6 days once your order ships. These delivery times are not guaranteed.

If you select FedEx expedited service, your package will get to its destination faster than our other services. However, FedEx is no longer guaranteeing FedEx 2Day packages.

Also, please understand that we need time to process your order.

Expedited orders do not ship until the following business day. (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days. Just sayin’!)

That said, expedited orders are processed and shipped before our other orders each business day.

Please understand that FedEx does not count Saturdays, Sundays, nor holidays in their transit time calculation, so a 2 Day order placed on Wednesday will ship on Thursday and deliver on Monday the following week.

Where’s my stuff?

For example, if you order on a Friday, the next business day is Monday. So your order would ship Monday or Tuesday at the latest. (Assuming no big holidays are in there.)

We ship orders in the order in which they are received.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

Standard shipping times are about 3-8 days once our warehouse ships your package.

Due to increased volumes and continued staffing shortages, packages may take longer to arrive. These delays are beyond our control.

You should have received an email with tracking info.

You can follow your package’s progress using the link in the email.

While we are used to seeing quick scans by carriers showing rapid movement of packages, sometimes carriers miss scans or they don't show up in online tracking properly.

It’s not unusual for a package to sit at one facility for several days before it moves to the next location.

We are also seeing packages successfully deliver without a single scan in their system across all carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS). We do ship the day we send the shipping confirmation email so know your package is en route even if tracking shows waiting for the package.

While we are watching all packages closely, feel free to contact us if you are concerned. We’ll do our best to help.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package, there could be a few different reasons.

It’s not uncommon for USPS to scan packages as “delivered” when totes or trucks are loaded the day before. Many packages marked “delivered,” show up within a day or two.

Another reason for missing package might be because someone else in your house brought in the package without you realizing it. We see this happen from time to time.

Also, for security reasons, delivery drivers occasionally put boxes where they cannot easily be seen from the street. Sometimes the drivers do such a good job hiding the package, it gets missed by the recipient too.

Please check around your porch, sides of the house, behind a hedge, behind the garage, or other places a carrier may have put the package.

You should also check with your neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake. That happens, too.

If you are still missing your package, please contact us to start an investigation.

Most of the time, packages are recovered by the carrier and delivered within a few days.

Exchanges and Returns

Unfortunately, we can’t take back spices and food due to safety concerns.

If you’re unhappy with something, please get in touch and let us know. We will help you figure it out.

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 45 days of purchase.

If you plan on returning an item, you will be responsible for packing it up safely and securely and shipping it back to us.

We ask that you get in touch with us prior to returning your item(s) so that we can track your incoming item. (We aren’t here to give you a hard time. We’re nice!)

Upon receiving your item(s) in good condition, we will refund the cost of the item(s) back to your original form of payment.

Contact us and we will help you figure out the best way to return/exchange your item.
