In December 2014, I returned to India. Trip number 8. It was time to see some things I'd always wanted to see. Varanasi, Jodhpur, Agra. Mixed business and pleasure. Fed the product pipeline and the soul.

I visited Iceland in 2013 to bring back hand-harvested salt from the Norwegian Sea. They shoot epic movies in Iceland. They also make epic flaky sea salt. You can now find it in our online shop.

The trip that started it all. I visited Divakar and the peppercorn jungles in Kerala, India, in 2012. I learned where and how the best peppercorns in the world grow. I brought them back home for you.
