We’ve been selling our signature Tellicherry Peppercorns and fresh spices to top chefs in restaurants and at home for years.
It was only natural that we recently started to think of ways we could put them together in our own signature seasonings.
We turned to Chef Miles Thompson, a highly regarded L.A. chef, to help us formulate our Montreal Steak Seasoning Blend.
If you’re looking for an easy way to take your steak to another level, we’ve done all the hard work.
Our coarsely ground steak blend is beautifully balanced with the freshest Tellicherry Peppercorns, Pink Himalayan Salt, Dried Shallots, Dried Garlic, Coriander Seed, Dill Seed, Dried Onion, and Kashmiri Chili.
Generously coat both sides of your steak with this blend at least 20 minutes before cooking.
You can cook your steak however you like, but we think you’ll agree that this blend is well done.
Ingredients: Tellicherry Black Peppercorns, Pink Himalayan Salt, Dried Shallots, Dried Garlic, Coriander Seed, Dill Seed, Dried Onion, Kashmiri Chili.

I have tried many other steak seasonings, and when one of my favorites was no longer available, I tried this one. We are very happy with the Montreal Steak seasoning, and most important, my wife likes it!
This blend is not only wonderful on steaks... I have used it on shrimp and chicken. It was delicious on both! In fact, I can think of many things it would enhance... I will continue to try it on other foods.

We used on steaks last cooked and it doesn't take a lot to get spicy and good! I use a little less on mine and my husband uses more. Really worth the price and I am really happy with all spices I have purchased from your company! Until I started using your spices I never really put anything on my food. Keep bringing these wonderful seasonings!
I was thrilled to see that you were offering some new spices and am I glad I tried them! The Montreal Steak seasoning has a wonderful complex flavor which really complemented my beautiful grass-fed rib eye steak.
I normally only need to add salt and pepper (yours of course), after a quick sear but this steak seasoning truly enhanced an already fabulous product. I have used the spicy fish seasoning on shrimp and also on
salmon and both were spectacular, beautifully blended
