Green Peppercorns, Whole
Proud to be named in Bon Appétit as a "Top 10 Great Specialty Food Store"
Our Whole Green Peppercorns (Kermit variety, named after you know who), come from the same vines that produce our Signature Black Tellicherry Peppercorns and White Peppercorns in the tropical hills of Kerala. Green Peppercorns are simply picked early in the harvest when the pepper fruit is unripe and green.
Since our Green Peppercorns come from the same vine as our Tellicherry Black Peppercorns, they share many of the same outstanding qualities. They both have beautiful citrus notes but the green has a little less heat than the black. Our Green Peppercorns go well with fish, poultry, veggies, gravies and steak sauce.
One other thing I want you to know. These Green Peppercorns and all of our spices are unbelievably fresh because we buy right from the farms in India in small batches. Nothing ever sits. It will be obvious what I'm talking about the second you open the package.

This pepper is awesome and they work great as gifts. I use mine frequently and 4oz is a good size. I recommend you buy several because they make great little gifts. Don’t give a bottle of wine to your next holiday dinner bring some wine and also this pepper.
Hard to find green peppercorns anywhere else. These are very fresh & full of flavor. Very thorough customer service.
Typically green pepper is a milder version of its black counterpart.
This remains true here, but these peppers are rich in aeromatics, and are the most potent of green peppercorns I've found.
