Wow, the tomatoes at the farmers market are starting to get really good in the midwest. I think I'm going to be living on this snack for the next couple of months. I just take the tomatoes, drizzle them with olive oil and then top them with Flaky Icelandic Sea Salt and fresh ground Reluctant Trading Organic Tellicherry Peppercorns. If you can get fresh tomatoes right now, you've got to try this. So simple, yet so delicious.
