The same small farms, same growing methods, same super fragrant citrusy peppercorns. The only thing that changed is what we’re legally allowed to print on the front of the tube.
Our small partner farmers can't absorb the high cost of official USDA organic certification, so we're no longer allowed to use the “O” word to describe them.
My friend in India, Divakar, regularly travels the pepper farms and cherry picks the largest, most fragrant Tellicherry peppercorns just for us. He ships them direct in small lots so they stay incredibly fresh. No middlemen. Top restaurants in the country buy from us.

We normally ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. We may need an extra day or two during the holiday season.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days for us. We need some rest too. ;-D

While Overnight is guaranteed, FedEx is no longer guaranteeing 2 Day service, though they should arrive more quickly than other options. Remember, Overnight and 2 Day items require one business day processing time, but we will ship these out first each day.
