It was love at first sight for us with the Milton Modern Mortar & Pestles. Fortunately, we were just as excited when we discovered that they functioned as beautifully as they looked.
Designed by a British company, the Milton mortar and pestles are crafted of beautiful, tough and heavy unglazed porcelain ceramic. The pestles are made of beechwood and ceramic. The weight of the pestle makes grinding easy and natural.
The unglazed porcelain surface provides resistance. Includes pour spout for sauces and liquids. The Miltons are even dishwasher safe and are easy to clean.
