Ava Gene's was named one of the top restaurants in the country by Bon Appetit in 2013 and continues to gain national accolades, most recently in the NYTimes and Conde Nast. Chef Joshua McFadden is known for his stunning take on Italian cuisine. We were honored when Ava Gene's described our peppercorns as "the finest they'd ever seen."

Chez Panisse alum Troy MacLarty made his way from Berkeley to Portland where he opened and runs two wildly successful Indian street food restaurants. Bollywood Theater has been featured everywhere from Food and Wine to Sunset Magazine. We our proud to source and supply Chef MacLarty with spice mixes and masala chai direct from Kerala, India.

CH Distillery is the only distillery making grain-to-bottle vodka using Illinois grown ingredients. We worked with founder and all-around great guy Tremaine Atkinson to formulate their exclusive Peppercorn Vodka. The spicy spirits are now supplied to top restaurants around Chicago including Girl and the Goat, The Dawson and several others.
