First day of Summer and Icelandic Sea Salt is Here!

Posted on June 21, 2013 by Scott Eirinberg

Reluctant Trading Flaky Sea Salt from Iceland is here. All natural, crunchy, clean.

Did the salt wait to show up until today because it is the longest day of the year — to match the long days in Iceland where the sun doesn't go down until 11:30 pm?

Did the salt wait to show up until today because today is the first day of summer and the Icelandic salt is perfect for summer grilling on foods like burgers, steaks, fish and veggies?

Did the salt wait to show up until today because my brother is in town just as he was when the first pepper shipment arrived from India? I really have no idea why the salt took so long to arrive. But boy, I'm glad it's here.

I can't wait for you to try it.
