You are wondering if this blend was formulated by a top chef. Well you probably didn’t wonder that, but I wanted to get it in here! The answer is yes. His name is Miles Thompson and he is a highly regarded chef in Los Angeles. (And a super chill guy, too.)

You are wondering what’s in the blend. Let’s just say 15 incredibly fresh and aromatic spices, the same ones we sell to top chefs. There’s Kashmiri Chili, Tellicherry Peppercorns, Red Pepper Flakes, Coriander Seeds, Celery Seeds, White Peppercorns, and many more. 

Kosher Salt is also in the blend, so you won’t need to add any more.

You are wondering how to use this blend. So I will tell you. Just liberally apply the blend to seafood (fish, crab, shrimp, crawfish, etc.) before cooking. Then cook the seafood. Yes, it’s that easy. This blend is excellent for shrimp boils and rémoulades, too. 

And last, but not least, you might be wondering if this Spicy Fish Blend was called No. 1 for a reason. And there is good reason to wonder. We cannot explain. Some things in the universe just need to be accepted.
