But did you know we just introduced four new tasty-as-all-get-out teas made from the same amazing spices?

To design the blends, I turned to our talented tastemaker, Sarah Marshall, with an assignment. Create a collection of delicious herbal teas that even a non-tea drinker would love.

Sarah formulated four distinct and remarkably tasty teas, none of which contain tea leaves or caffeine - or any preservatives for that matter.

For this one, Sarah went back to her roots. I mean our roots, to be exact. This tea is a gorgeous, complex blend of several dried and tasty roots - Turmeric, Ginger, and Licorice, along with Fennel Seed, Tulsi Basil, and Lemongrass.

The Turmeric and Ginger are specialties of the region in India where my partner Mr. Divakar lives and sources our spices.

Our Rooted Tea is equal parts savory and sweet. Personally, I get notes of maple syrup(!?) along with a hint of licorice. So tasty and complex.

The Tulsi Basil and Lemongrass add a natural sweetness, so you won't even need to add sugar. Really.

Yes, we are happy to say that our roots are now showing.

Brewing Instructions
Bring filtered water to a rolling boil. Add 2 TBSP Rooted Tea Blend per serving to glass vessel. Pour 1 cup hot water per serving into vessel. Steep for 5-8 minutes. Pour through a tea strainer into cups. Sip the tea. Say yum. Or don't. Whatever!
