I’ve gotten pepper corns and several mills and Vietnamese coffee makers. Thought I’d try some spices. Cayenne, paprika, salted pepper and nutmeg. All are worth it and way better than I usually get at the grocery store. Nice company. I’ll be back. lw
I am a bit of a peppercorn junkie, and at any one time you will find at least 7 or 8 different types & origins in my spice cabinet, and 4 of those will be different cultivars of black peppercorns. So when I discovered these I had to try them. I am very glad I did - they are fresh, vibrant and original! The hint of salinity is such a great twist, I’ve actually just eaten a few from time to time to remind myself how fun salted peppercorns can be...
Thanks for sourcing these, Scott! It’s time people thought of pepper as more than an afterthought!
My sister a known pepper addict introduced me to mr divkars no 4... it was my gateway to NEEDING all the peppers from the reluctant trader... I cannot recommend this stuff enough. It will ruin all other pepper for you... but in the nicest most flavorful amazing way. Go head order some.....ruin that awful ashy powder that comes in a can for yourself... you wont regret it.
I love this pepper--the saltiness adds a twist that's unexpected and delightful. Packs enough of a punch to be peppery but has a complexity that sets it apart from other peppers. This is my second order and it won't be my last, for sure.
