Sometimes trying to describe the complex taste of spices makes me feel like a dill. But hey, this is Dill Seed we’re talking about. So I have to put my best foot forward!
Dill is a lot like Caraway and Rye Seed, but with a slightly grassier aroma and taste. These seeds kind of make you think about the cuisines of Eastern Europe. (Am I doing okay?) Use crushed or whole in breads, meats, soups, veggies.
But wait! I forgot to mention pickles! Dill pickles! Duh! I almost forgot to remind you to use them when making dill pickles! Ugh, sometimes I’m such a dill.
